Tony's journey began on the beaches of Long Island, New York—selling sunglasses and learning early how to handle rejection, pressure, and uncertainty. In 2015, he took that hustle on the road, entering the world of door-to-door sales and spending his first summer in Detroit, knocking doors and learning the game the hard way.
What followed was a rapid rise fueled by discipline, adaptability, and relentless execution. Over the next several years, Tony sold across Ohio, Philadelphia, North Carolina, and Florida, mastering new markets, neighborhoods, and personalities—learning how to win anywhere, not just where it's comfortable.
After selling 50 accounts his first summer, Tony exploded to 229 accounts the following year. He continued climbing—selling 267 accounts and taking first place company-wide at AMP Smart. The momentum didn't slow. He later broke the 300-account barrier—selling 366 accounts, placing him in the top 1% of the industry.
The following year, Tony reached a level few ever touch—selling 445 accounts, setting the all-time company sales record, and breaking every personal best: in a day, in a week, in a month, and in a year. To this day, those numbers stand as a benchmark.
After dominating the alarm space, Tony transitioned into the solar industry, starting at a high level in Las Vegas. While he could always sell, he realized he could only be in one place at a time. To create real scale and lasting impact, he began building and developing high-performance teams.
After a year selling in Vegas, Tony and his teams transitioned into the Houston market. Over the next four years, they didn't just perform—they broke records. They installed megawatts of solar, Tony personally closed hundreds of accounts, and his teams closed thousands, setting a new standard for leadership, production, and execution.
Tony later stepped into fiber-optic internet sales, where he broke the company record at MetroNet by closing 23 accounts in a single day—proving that elite skill, discipline, and mindset translate across industries.
As record-breaking yearly performances continued, Tony realized his true passion wasn't just producing—it was developing others. That realization led to the creation of RUSSOLUTIONS—a brand built to help people unlock confidence, sharpen discipline, and build repeatable systems that create elite performance and long-term success.
